Which island & for how long?

HI,

We're going to Cartagena for 5 days end of March / early April. We'd like to split the trip between one of the nearby islands and the city. This will be just the 2 of us - relatively active slightly older adults. Right now we're thinking Tierra Bomba + Launch Video. Would you recommend 2 nights on the island & 3 in the city? Or 3 nights on the island & 2 in the city? We want to chill - but also experience the old city, explore a bit, etc. Is there another island you would recommend instead? Any specific hotels on Tierra Bomba (or another island)? We'll be staying at the Hyatt in Cartagena as we're using points for that.
