How to see what changed were made during windows update?

I got this windows 10 update to never version( I already have windows 10 pro) and now I'm noticing bunch of bull sheet that I already disabled once and cant remember what I have to do to disable it again

like one drive.
and the eject drive icon
and the pop up notifications with sound are back again.

I want to see all the settings that were changed during the update because this seems fishy
I don't know what else was enabled.
