Hey everyone, I'm looking for up to date resources on time series analysis, especially demand forecasting.
As of now, what I'm aware of is this great book, especially the part about exponential smoothing.
I also know there has been some breakthrough with a mix of exponential smoothing and RNN/LSTM such as in this forecasting competition though the explanations go a bit over my head regarding the RNN part.
I'd like to know if I should be aware of more recent forecasting methods, especially in a demand context such as retail or energy demand forecasts.
I've also downloaded but not read as of now the special issue on supply chain forecasting of the International journal of forecasting.
