Is your printer not receiving the print command from the printer?

Maybe the printer is offline, i.e., the printer is not connected to the computer. If your printer keeps going offline now and then, you may have a hard time printing computer files through the connected printer.

1. Make sure the printer is turn on.

2. If the printer is connected through the wireless network, check if you are connected to the internet or if the printer is connected through a wired setup

3. Make sure that the cable is properly connected to the computer.

Now given above points are well settle and still you printing is not work then follow the bellow given instruction and set your printing setting.

. click on window button

. Go Settings

. then devices and find printing/ scanners

. select your printer like hp, cannon, dell and etc

. under the printer you make sure use printer is offline is not checked.

. now your printer is Online. 

if your printer donot get back online then visit printer keeps going offline
