If you are in Epson printer offline state but it is turned on then maybe there is a problem with the connection.

If your printer is connected with an Ethernet cable then ensure that the cable is linked to the router and the printer correctly. If you require an IP address then you can print a network configuration page.

If you are using a USB cable then you should see if it is loose in any way. If you think that there is an issue with the USB cable then you can also connect it right instead of using a hub. If it is a wireless connection then use the network configuration page to get the IP address and ensure that the printer and the system are both connected to the same wifi connection.
