I notice Colombians don't seem big into postal services but what about receiving mail. Sending mail from Europe comes with all sorts of official delivery times which are unreliable (regular mail from Europe to Brazil for instance, which has a good postal service, takes ages). Colombia doesn't have a big postal service. What is people's experience of sending mail to Colombia?
