Hypnagogic Sleep Paralysis: Causes and Symptoms

Sleep paralysis is the feeling of not being able to move when you first fall asleep or wake up. Even if a person's senses are intact, he or she may feel stressed, as if suffocating. In most cases, this can be accompanied by strong hallucinations and intense anxiety.

Sleep paralysis can be very life-threatening, but it can also cause anxiety and, in some rare cases, even cause other sleep disorders like narcolepsy. This usually begins in a person's adolescence but can become very serious in their 20s and 30s. However, sleep paralysis is not a very serious risk.

Sometimes even non- threatening sounds and sensations might cause the individual to become uncomfortable and might look for comfort. Check out our Resurge review to discover the most legit deep sleep supplement
